  • Afternoon all!

    Can't wait for payday - 2 days!!!!!! :T:T:T

Had a really cheap MSE morning :money:! Took DD to Monkey Buziness soft play - annual season ticket so money spent = 0p :D We even saved by taking our own juice which was a bit naughty!
Then we went to WHS and I bought the kids 3 new books - used a voucher my mum gave me, money spent = 0p :D
Then into M&S - three new babygro's for DS and a packet of vests - used gift card and had something to exchange so monety spent = 0p :D!

Didn't even buy lunch - we came home for a sandwich, money spent = Op :D

    :A

Forgot to mention before that I have got all (yes ALL !) of my christmas shopping already! All I need is to find my mum a nice handbag but have the money put by for it. I KNOW I AM A SADDO! :rotfl:. Being on mat leave had me panicking a bit and I have been well prepared in advance.

I do however need all new decorations for my christmas tree - DD ate all my ones from last year

  •:mad::mad: you know you can go off a person:rotfl:, how can you be so super organised and have your christmas shopping done.

:DNo seriously well done, wish i was finished, going to try and get some done this weekend once i've been paid.

Well done on such a MSE day i think you deserve a serious treat for that, bar of choccie, glass of wine later.

btw you don't pay delivery charge on your shopping do you? If you do, if you search around on the internet you can usually find a code to get free delivery for your shopping pretty much every time

    - That would save me £12 a month if I could find free delivery codes every week! I always have a hunt but never seem to find any for ASDA? Will have a proper look this week. Thanks for reading!

HereWeGo - Thanks for dropping by :hello: - It's a great feeling isn't it knowing you don't have to worry about sharpening your elbows for the mad rush! Just need to wrap everything! I love sitting wrapping nearer the time, kids in bed, drink, christmasy program on the telly. BLISS! Will maybe give the sky thing a go - thanks!

Well it's payday tomorrow!!!! Thank goodness! No idea how much I will get paid as I can't be bothered dragging two screaming infants into my work just to pick up my payslip which will be available today. So will get a surprise (not to bad I hope) in the morning.

If I want to stay off until the beginning of March, and be able to pay the bills - I am going to need to find £800 - £490 of which I have already saved.

So I am going to start "Operation Mat Leave" OML - £310 to find!

Will need to find this money before any overpayments are made to BoS card.

Did I mention before that OH pays £50 to Santander card on payday as it's his debt too? Don't think I did.

2 item on ebay ending later - with bids already! So who knows - I may meet OML today:rotfl:.

Think it will be a DVD day in the house as it's bucketing it down outside = NSD so not too bad!
Hope it cheers up for our wee holiday next week.

  • £30 payment whizzing off to BoS card today  I think about £16ish of this covers the interest. Will update sig when my online banking updates.

This is the only overpayment BoS are getting this month before I shoot down OML!

Been playing with the snowball and mortgage repayment calculators this morning :heartsmil - better than the PS3!

Might make some more chocolate crispy cornflake cakes today......
