Can't remember how I came to lurk but I did.
Just seeing that you are on a diet, I have to agree with someone else that you are not actually eating much now especially fruit/veg.
I am trying to follow Slimming World!! A typical day's meals for me would be:
Breakfast - 2x Quorn Sausage, Beans, Mushrooms, Tomato, Egg - all fried in FryLight
Lunch - Home made soup with 2 x wholemeal bread, Activia yoghurt or Jacket Potato and Beans or Cheese or Chilli
Tea - Spag Bol or Chilli or Slimming World chips & Quorn Sausage or Mash, Beans & Meat Free Thing or Roast
Snacks - Apples, Bananas, Yoghurts,
You can also have up to 15 sins a day although they recommend about 10 - this is enough for a Breakaway and a bag of Wotsits/Quavers.
With eating all that I can lose about 2lb a week, people who have lots to lose (over 3 stone) usually lose 7lb in their first week.
There is a support thread on here which is good and people help you with meal ideas.
It's not a diet, more a way of life. Even when I am not following it I tend to cook with Fry Light.
Hope you don't mind me butting in. Keep going on the moneysaving!!

Welcome EE!
Thank you so much for all the information - it's very interesting, not to mention motivational and I will take it all on board - will also have a wee look for the support thread too!
Please continue to lurk and post!0 -
