ASDAs have over charged me by 100 times

I recently bought some shopping online via asda.co.uk the shopping and everything else was fine (invoice). Next couple of days when I was charged they had taken 100 times the amount that should of been taken. Now the interest is growing on that debt at £5 p/day the company responsible was suppose to contact me today.
To put it into retrospective I was suppose to pay £57.27 put they had taken £5,727.0 out of my bank and now I'm screwed.

Hmmmm.
Have you tried calling them?0 -
I went to see customer services at my local ASDA their supervisor had contacted the place that deals with their online service.0

OP, what do you expect people on a forum to do?
Get back onto ASDA and do not stop taking to them until they have refunded your money.0 -
They have made a mistake and will reimburse you for your bank charges I'm sure.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0

Clearly customer services within a store aren't the right people to be talking to.
Get on to both Head Office and your bank and dispute the transaction.0 -
Just make sure your credit files are not damaged by this incident.0

And what happened then?0 -
Good job it wasn't a thousand times overcharge then, your bank account would now be down by £57,270.
Funnily enough though, I don't know anyone with an amount of that size sitting in their current account, ready to be accessed by their bank as and when a retailer asks for it. Actually, I don't know anyone with £5,720 sitting in their current account either, ready to be etc etc.
Assuming that you haven't got (a) a hell of an overdraft facility or (b) a hell of an imagination, then I think commonsense would surely have already told you to ring your bank . ??0 -
Could I have a pint of whatever he's on :rotfl::rotfl:0

Could you not go on their website and see if the shopping you paid £5700 for the few things you bought is cheaper with their competitors, funnily enough I think it might be and you can get a nice voucher from them for £5700ish and then get a refund for overcharging...lol0
