Sharing Outlook 2000

I have 2 computers networked together and have file sharing enabled. Both Computers have Outlook 2000 on them and are used for separate email addresses.
The 1st computer has on its Outlook 2000 a number of tasks , which we would like the 2nd computer user to be able to access and change, but when the 2nd user clicks on the Outlook 2000 icon in the 1st computers sharing folders, it opens up the 2nd users Outlook 2000 which has none of the tasks which we want them to be able to access.
Can anyone help please?
