Hi Everyone,
not sure if this is the right section to ask such a question. If necessary can a Mod move it to the right one, please.
I am looking for a free solution to managing my finances.
I am really after something fairly simple, but would realy realy like to have the following tools:
- cashflow/account balances forecast (for at least next 6 months)
- easy set up of recurring incomes/expenses
- spending tracker (with separate categories etc.)
- goals/savings planning
Any suggestions?
I have been looking at various solutions, either web based or standalone software but they usually don't have the forecast capability.
Some only work in US and require bank accounts set up for automatic transaction download which makes them useless.
MS Money is ooold and not really so user friendly I wanted to steer away from it.
Thanks for any help!

Not many do forecasting. If you want something to track historic spending online try lovemoney.co.uk's system. The rest have equal or less features. Don't have any experience with offline solutions unfortunately.0

You can still buy copies of Microsoft Money which is my favourite by far. There's also an opensource freeware alternative called Money Manager Ex0
