My offer had been rejected because my house isn't sold yet.
My partner is reluctant to put it up for sale as he thinks that by the time we've sold, the house we are after may have gone, and it could be well into next year before we find another suitable property.
He thinks that if our buyer is left waiting then they may drop out - would this cost us?

It's a chicken and egg situation, nothing to loose by putting yours on the market though.0

Thanks, my other half has visions of us been homeless with 2 kids but I know that once you're in a chain you have to be prepared to wait. So long as it won't cost us any extra and we don't loose out then I think i'll go ahead and get it up for sale. It could pay off and we could get the house we're after!<('@')> Oink0
