Whisky fudge, maybe beermat? whisky book, flat whisky bottle for wall decoration?
  • I came across a new web site that makes fudge in "Jack Daniels,Jagermeister and southern comfort and Bells whiskey flavors.......its called Projectfudge.com
Might be an idea to order some whiskey fudge from them if you are not confident enough to make it your self.
Think I will be placing an order with "Projectfudge.com" for the Dolly Mixture Fudge that sounds yummy.
  • I made some blackberry whiskey (same method as sloe gin) a few years ago for my inlaws, who love their Scotch!

Whisky cheese! I love the Blaenafon: http://www.chunkofcheese.co.uk/products.htm

Are there any mixers he likes? I love a straight up single malt whisky, but I also like a bit of ginger wine with a blended whisky :)

What about something to go along with the whisky? Oatcakes are great with a Malt. Or a hipflask? My OH loves taking a wee hipflask with a single malt out at Xmas, new year and weddings.

  • We were talking about various drinks last night at work and apparently sloe whisky is very nice. Not sure how long you need to make it though, might be a bit late for this year (also have no idea the best time to get sloes!).
