Sorry, I should have said that it is three marshmallows, dipped in melted choccy then rolled in sugar strands or hundreds and thousands type things.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

What about "cake pops" There is a thread on here somewhere.
On the "bake off" programme on TV recently, somebody put that "exploding on your tongue" stuff in cupcakes. Sorry cant think what it's called.
You could put that inside and call them "firework fizz pops"!0 -

i think im going to make the cake pops and put some popping candy in the middle
im going to try coating them in white choc and food colouring mix
and im going to make the marshmallow sticks and the choc fingers as they look fab

I always think of cinder toffee when I think of fireworks. There's something about the golden bubbly crunchy texture that makes me think of cold November nights, and if you dip it in chocolate - mmm. Another thing might be to make some pinwheel biscuits for Catherine Wheels - being a biscuit you can transport them flat so it won't take up a lot of space. I love the idea of flapjacks too with some bits of apple and raisin in!
