£3.80 on bus fare - was £3.40 on car park so decided 40p extra was better than petrol costs :)

£11.30 in ASDA - needed catfood special 'rollback price £8.00 for 48 pouches of Whiskas (our cats won't eat anything else). Rest on Garlic Bread and Quorn Fillets for veggie daughter. Not bad:D

PaP - just to update you on those Walkers crisps I mentioned yesterday - it is £2.00 for a box of 30 packs - but they don't have the Walkers Lights.

  • £49 in Matalan, realised both my girls desperately needed new clothes, the oldest had just one long sleeved top that would fit her!
That did buy me a top, a fleece and a pair of pyjamas for the little one and three tops and a tracksuit for the older one.
Oh, and a pack of 20 Christmas cards!
No more clothes buying till Christmas now!

erm someone spank me, i have to be the worst attempt at a 'dfw' ever...

today at work we got a little excited about the (then) forthcoming football game, so much so that myself and my collegue on reception decided to badger the manager to let us wear scotland tops on reception today...

fair enough he said if we both do it then fine...so i went upstairs to the shop and bought the new scotland shirt...£35.99 after my 10% discount.

then after many tears (god damn ukranians  ) i felt the need to go to asda and buy crisps to make myself feel better 47p...

i suppose if we are looking for a silver lining it was all paid cash, no credit involved. it came out of my mortgage payment, i was trying to save the money to be one payment ahead of my wages, but i still have most of it...and now my first ever scotland football top!

(i'd just like to add a big :T to my brave brave soldiers and the fabulous tartan army for a good show tonight. love ya's all x)
