Bloomin Nora it's brass monkeys out there :rotfl::rotfl:

Was going to get up for an early run...had my clothes laid out and everything. Got up, opened the curtains and jumped straight back into bed :o

Oh well...tomorrow's another day eh?

Work for me today, but leaving early as our firm is taking us bowling.

What's everyone else up to today??
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

I have an interview this morning, very nervous. Then work this afternoon. Then it's half term :)

  • I'm about to get on the phone to try and get an appointment with the emergency dentist :( My wisdom teeth have been giving me gyp since the weekend, my whole head has been throbbing and I feel sick. But too chicken to have them out!

    Morning all

Still got rash - in fact it seems to have spread... although its not as obvious as it was...

SAmmy, am seriously looking at it. If I do a paper at a time I can do it in 2 years without stressing myself out plus because I have the CA I don't need to do the yucky case study paper so it should be quite straight forward... Will cost around £2,000 or so over the bit for learning materials and perhaps revision courses for the advisiry papers.... Hmmmm

Well if they need to come out its a relatively short term pain to end longer term suffering

(says the person who has to go under to get a tooth out)

I know, and it would be the sensible thing to do, but I'm just too much of a wuss! I'm fortunate to have never even needed a filling, let alone a tooth out, and so I would definitely need to be out like a light! Pass the brandy!

I find it is worse in my head before it is done than the reality turns out to be.

  • I'm sure you're right. I need to pull myself together! I have phoned them and they only have two emergency appointments per day, both already gone! So I have to ring again tomorrow, when no doubt both emergency appointments will already be gone by the time I get through! Aarrrghghhgh! Brandy it is!

Mrssmith- Have you got a hospital that has an nhs dentist? My mum goes to the university hospital of wales for her emergencies. I had a wisdom tooth out last year I'm petrified of the dentist too, but It wasn't pain full just felt weired.

I don't know about the hospital, I know our local hospital doesn't but the main bigger hospital might have - if I can't get an appointment tomorrow, will check it out, thanks for the suggestion :)
