I have always wanted the classic tall Uggs and thanks to you I have now ordered some! Half price compared to everywhere else I have searched! (Shudoo etc)
    I treated myself to a Christmas pressie!:T:j

I tried on the Argyle ones at lunchtime today - I'm just about a size 4.5 generally and tried them on in a 4 and they were fine. I think the 3 would have been too small.

The UGG official website states with this style to go a size down but they didn't have 3.5 on the site I ordered from today.

The Argyle was really nice too - very comfy, snug fitting around calves (and tried these on with cotton socks and opaque tights).

Right, I don't know what the big hype is with the Uggs, are they really good quality? Someone please enlighten me and convince me that I do actually need some as opposed to needing them cos you're all getting them!:rotfl:

they are the most comfy boots ever!! i had cheap copies from primark & tesco in the past & after a while you end up walking on part of the back of the boot where they don't keep their structure where as i have worn my classic tall chestnut uggs every day (well apart from the summer where i wore sandals lol) & they have not lost their shape at all & are still as comfy as the day i got them :) hth
note you don't wear socks with them either so the wool against your feet feels lovely :)

Celtic sheepskin are just as good but also nearly as expensive. Still if you don't want the Ugg label but want the comfy boots they are brill. My pair has been worn every day for about 8 months for 3 years now and still going strong (after 1 free resole by the company).

Don't they get ruined if they get wet though?

Will have to try and find somewhere to try them on and see if I like them. Thanks for answering :)
