Has anyone used this company?? or anyone know anything about it? Our house just isn't selling and we need to sell it asap and wondering whether this would be a viable option?

Agree with the above, also, I wouldn't be happy selling to a company that not only knock that ~% off the price but also expects YOU to pay for a very expensive valution.0

No idea, but here's somebody with a £400k house, that a similar company valued at £290k and offered her £220k
