Suspect bad debt on my credit report

A unpaid CC is showing on my credit report, the date shown is two years after I left the address, this was a flat with a shared letter box, I have no recollection of ever having said card and the company who issued it are refusing to treat it as fraud as all my details match.

This is the only bad debt on my credit report, I was subject to an IVA that cleared all my debts, I paid the IVA off in twelve months due to an inheritance that covered to amounts owed. It was upon checking everything had been cleared I spotted this bad debt.

What is my next move?
