Hi there i am looking to move into a new house for the first time and the only fuel the house uses is Electric i believe for both heating and water, there is no gas there. I am wondering whether there is anyway i could find out how much the last tenants were paying or whether someone could give me an average cost of how much to expect the electric to be a month........I am well aware it is likely to be high.
Many thanks

Budget £120pm and you shouldn't be too far off as long as you don't go silly0

Hi ncallaghan26 - You say you are 'looking' at moving into an all-electric 2 Bed Semi.
This will cost you around £1200 a year in Elec. bills and that will be on the very best tariff you can find. So the best advice is don't - Keep on looking to find one with gas Central heating0
