And what is to stop a shop selling bags of crisps, from a 10 for £1 multi-pack, woopsied to 20p per pack?

When I had my shop and we had a damaged multipack we used to sell the items separately. As long as people are made aware of the fact I can't see it being a problem. IMO people are more than happy to buy a single bag of crisps for 20p than a standard bag for 60p, even if it does contain a few less crisps.
