Short Term Tenancy Agreement needed??

Hiya,
I'm renting out a room in my house to bring in a bit of extra cash. Have found a suitable person and agreed a moving in date etc. Apart from notifying my house insurance company and mortgage company I thought it would be best to give them some form of contract suitable for someone renting a room.
Anyone know what document would be suitable and whether there are any websites where I could download a free template? So far I've just found short term tenancy agreements that seem focussed around letting a whole house rather then a room - and can't find any free templates :-(

I tried everywhere online a few months ago to find a free lodger agreement but had no luck.
However I suggest you try the link below. A lodger agreement only costs £4.49 and is worth it for peace of mind
