Credit card scamsters used car parts

I recently placed an order for a used car part online, the company delivered the part but it was wrong. I sent the part back and asked for a refund as they did not have the part I needed. Three months later and around 20 calls to the company we have had no refund.
After checking a few forums because I was a little suspicious I found out that the company has a track record. They say they have the right part send out any old thing, but now they have your card details and the money is taken and it seems they do not refund many of their customers.
I paid by my RBS business master card and thought they may be able to help us recover the money lost, but according to the operator I spoke with its tough luck on our behalf.
Can RBS Just wash their hands of this one. Any help would be greatly received.

I have heard of this before - would the company be based in West Midlands at all?0
-
No, Oldham, It appears they have been at it for years, they go by international car spears/Motion Power.0

The name International rings a bell - my mate got his part no problem but immediately after that somebody tried to use his card number at an expensive jeweler.
The card's anti fraud picked it up so he didn't lose anything but he is very careful with his cards etc so coincidence or what?0 -
these guys are know to take a second dip at a later date, but trying to get them blocked for future transactions is proving to be a pain too0
