Just looking for a bit of advice, myself and my partner are expecting a child early next year and looking at what we are entitled to.
I earn approx £22500
She currently earns £17000
She will get nothing other than statutory maternity pay after the child is born. Will we be entitled to anything other than child benefit? neither of us currently claim or have claimed anything before...
Im not quite sure on the procedure for claiming tax credits, tried to work through the government questionaire but it doesnt really answer my questions.
Thanks for reading
