Hey All,
First post, please be nice
I was just after people opinions on this really, it makes me pretty annoyed, so...
Lipsy sell clothing up to a size 16, however they only stock up to a size 14 in their stores.
They sell the size 16 on their website, you cant order for delivery into store, like Boots or Next. Also if you need to return the item you don't receive a Postage refund.
They do lots of dresses in different colours, so if you were a size 14, and they didnt have your size in stock, instore, you could try it on in store in a different colour and order online. But as a size 16 I would have to pay to try on, and have the annoyance of having the money for the dress taken from my account for a few days as well.
I have emailed them a couple of times to ask why and in hope of a discount on postage
but they never email back.

Take your custom elsewhere, they are clearly making buying size 16 difficult. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

You could email them and ask why, maybe they've a shortage of stock and removed some poor selling lines.
FYI, Lipsy are owned by Next, they bought them in 20090 -
I have emailed and asked why, a couple of times but havnt got replies.
The store is less than a year old, and I asked the assistant and she said they dont stock size 16s at all..0 -
Their website isn't much better... they've got an amazing sale on at the moment, but they have nothing I like in my size!! Very annoying when my BF has told me to pick something for my birthday

I always find with lipsy that if you're anything over a size 8 (10, max) that the dresses make you look like a marshmellow anyway, useless brand, pretty clothes.0

The staff there are all done up like chavvy dolls and completely vacuous; when I've asked for assistance they look at me like something they've trodden in because I dare to darken their doorstep in jeans and a T shirt and am not orange!!0
