You know we just add 10% to the asking price when stats go down. You won't win and get a cheap place. We won't allow it.

Estate agents have to make a living. If they overprice property, it won't sell. If they don't make sales, they go out of business.0 -
i have been away--abroad as a migrant! i do wonder how this discussion has evolved from house prices to rascism--my wife's a muslim and would never want to live in the uk because of small minded people and foul weather--and crap standard of living!--rule britania as you sink in the mire!!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0
