    Estate agents have to make a living. If they overprice property, it won't sell. If they don't make sales, they go out of business.

    i have been away--abroad as a migrant! i do wonder how this discussion has evolved from house prices to rascism--my wife's a muslim and would never want to live in the uk because of small minded people and foul weather--and crap standard of living!--rule britania as you sink in the mire!!

    He is simply trying to find a target to deflect attention away from his unpleasant propaganda and disinformation which is turning out to be easily recognised as absoslute nonsense.
