Cracks from work next door?

  • Hi, and thanks for all of the replies and advice :D

This will be our third winter here and the house was newly renovated when we moved in. I'm going to go out tomorrow and get one of the guys to come in and look at the cracks. I will show him them all and see what he says, and I'll get hold of the owner who I think might be a good help too, he is generally helpful and approachable. I'll see what they say and take it from there.

It's just a total headache, and these things never seem to be easy to sort out. Last year we had mice eating the pipework which caused major problems, and we also had a leaking pipe from the washing machine in our utility room previous to that, which was also a bit of a nightmare. I'm starting to dread the winters! If it's not one thing, it's another.
