My own tasting notes
Smells of raspberries & blackcurrants
Palate dry but delicious
Looks amazing deep red/purple
Worth £6-7 but cost half of that0 -
Warra hangover! lol
Can anybody else confirm that the 3 for a tenner offer is in-store throughout the nation?0 -
Are Tesco still 3 for £12 on Jacobs Creek - that seemed a good deal last weekend - some were priced at £8.99 each (not sure if that is the normal going rate though)0

I bought 12 bottles of the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc (supposedly priced at £8.99 before the deal) for £40 - it tastes ok, but not as good as the one they sometimes have on offer in Tesco - Oceans Edge Sauv Blanc (but that is over £4 a bottle when it's on offer). It's a little too sharp/tangy for my taste, and not as fresh-tasting as the Tesco one. But that's just my opinion, someone else might think it's marvellous.
I'm having a party at the weekend, so didn't want to spend too much per bottle.
If you look at it the way my Dad used to evaluate his wine purchases: "Pound-per-tiddle" it works out pretty good anyway!:beer:0 -

Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc was one of my choices as it's a great wine, unfortunately Asda delivered less than half my order on Monday, not very happy
They also couldn't supply any of the 1664 or guinness they were quoting on an offer.
It really annoys me when they do not supply the stores with these products after e-mailing me with a promotion & advertising on TV.
I've put another order in for Friday, time will tell as to wether anything turns up this time!!0 -
The Palo Alto red is really nice. I've been buying it for about a month now. It was 3 for £12 then back to £7.98 a bottle for a week then 3 for £10. Obviously I did not pay full price for it.0

I placed an order for 9 bottles at the great price of £30 + £2 shipping (not including cashback from quidco) - but I am very disappointed as they only delivered 8 bottles, and did loads of substitutions so I basically got 8 bottles for £42.
No happy!0
