Unclaimed payment in paypal

Hi all,
I bought a pair of boots yesterday and paid via paypal. I checked my paypal account today and the payment says "unclaimed". It also says the member is unregistered.
I am about to email them and let them know what has happened but I only want to pay via paypal.
It seems a bit strange as they have sold various other things before, their feedback score is 100%. However I can only see one of their previous items as the others are all "private".
Shall I just wait and see what they have to say?
Any advice appreciated.

I've just got a reply from the seller which indicates that she doesn't know what has happened to her paypal account - does anyone know what may have changed? Would it be something to do with the email address?0

Are they Uggs?
Proceed with caution!
Best await further advice. Hope you will see this and respond

Oh they aren't Uggs - no need to worry about that

I emailed the seller and advised her what could be the issue - turns out it was her old email address. Anyway she's claimed the payment now and will send out the boots tomorrow!0 -
It is a bit of a worry that the seller is unregistered though

It means they've been kicked off ebay, or suspended. My TV is broken!

They may just be in arrears with the fees. However, yes, that would concern me. If there is a problem though, you can always claim Item Not Received, so don't panic too much yet."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

True, both good points about being unregistered or in arrears with the fees. I'll keep an eye out!

Thanks guys, it isn't anything I've come across before.0
