Can I ask why you are doing another SOA. What allowances did the OR agree to the first time?

What help do you need, the figures you are quoting seem acceptable, and you are left with a large surplus. So an IPO/IPA would be expected.
  • Your DLA is not included as part of your income so you can take that of as it meant to be used for additional care needs

We did a Soa when we went Br in march but my OH has been unemployed until now but has just started a new job.

We've been living on just my wages until now so absolute breadline really and the OR hasn't been at all interested.... until now!.

The child related expenses are things like school trips, dinner money etc......i thought this was allowed.

Expecting a hefty IPO but better than not being able to live at all

DLA is included as income, but you put down the same amount as expenditure.

    With mine I put

    DLA Income £x+y

and then in the other section, I put:

Disability related outgoings - Care £x
Disability related outgoings - Mobility £y

with x and y obviously being the amount I receive, and this was accepted by the OR.
We may not have it all together, but together we have it all
