Zavvi - Slow processing

I ordered the new Medal of Honor on the Zavvi site on Friday late night so assumed that it would go out Monday but they still have not processed it then got an email after I queried it say the item was out of stock with their suppliers but they are still listing it as in stock and usually dispatched in 24 hours.

I am being unreasonable to think it should at least be in the postal system by now to me?

Yes. You assumed it would be shipped monday. It wasnt and you were never given a time - according to your post - so you cant say anything apart from whinge./ They have informed you they have ran out of stock so they are keeping you informed of the process of your order.

More annoyed that according to their website the item is in stock and available and I to contact them not the other way round.

Yeah i think if they say 24 hours online and its 5 days later and not been posted yet then you've a right to be annoyed. Can you not cancel the order and go with someone else or was the price very good at Zavvi?
