I was running a small ebay/online business with a friend of mine, we didnt make much profit we we took home about £60 a week (Whilst having full time jobs)

Anyways i got home yesterday to find my ebay had been permanantly suspended and my Paypal had been permanently closed.

Bot my bank cards are linked with my paypal account and i need a new bank card to start up again.

I currently have a Natwest Current Account which i have never fully used and a basic halifax account.

Is there a quick way to set up a new account?
If so where would be best, i would only need it for ebay/

The quickest possible way to open a bank account is applying for one online. Are you also going to change your name and address to evade the ban from eBay?

They obviously had very good reason to remove your account from their websites (what did you do?) and I think it can be safely said that you're no longer welcome to the sites, they'll just keep removing any account you create so it's a waste of time.

Naa i was selling batteries and computer equipment, the problems came when one day i had about 40 unexpected orders, i couldn't afford to send them all off so i had to wait for the paypal funds to clear.

In the end we reached a bottle neck and they closed us for having a bad rating ( despite having 52+ feedback)

Dont worry about the different ebay account, there ten a penny.

    Its a horrible situation lol

I have about 40 items at my home all wrapped up ready to send off, however because my ebay and paypal are frozen the moral dilema is; do i send these off to the "old" buyers, or do i start up again and use the stock for new orders, that way i wont form a bottleneck and i can start the correct cashflow lol

Difficult, you must've really p*ssed eBay off for them to do it. They are very good at tracking down clone accounts, some guy at work is always in trouble with them.

Have you spent any of the money you took orders on?

Yeah i have about £30 invested in the items, i think will just let the buyers make a claim and take there money back out of the limited paypal.

No reason i should lose out twice i suppose.
