I was searching for cellophane bags on Ebay and found this on one of the resellers shops. It shows you how to make a very pretty florists bow for all those pretty hampers you're all making

Try google to see if you have a wholesale florist's warehouse near you. My parents live near to one and we go every Christmas - we get oasis rings for making door wreaths, and all manner of "cheap" accessories for decorating - its not just florist's things - at our one they have all sorts of Christmas things...lights, decorations, etc. They also have all manner of florists wire/ribbons and other accessories. They are priced very cheaply and then they add VAT at the till (and even then, it is still very cheap by "normal" standards!!;)).

May be worth a try...?!
