HSBC poor customer service

Hi
Just wanted to share my recent bad experience with HSBC and wanted to know if anyone else has had the same.
I have applied for a mortgage with them and also opened a current account. To be fair, both of these were done swiftly and I the face-to-face service was excellent. However:-
1. They sent all my mortgage and new account documents to the wrong address even though I had already asked them to correct it twice
2. They gave the surveyors the wrong number for my mobile so they couldn't contact me. Once the surveyors found out they contacted HSBC straight away but I was not notified on this until 3 working days later. This meant that there was a delay in getting the survey completed.
3. I rung up their customer service centre for their mortagage centre this afternoon and was passed around 3 different people until I could speak to someone for the 3rd time about my change of address. Once they did this he stated 'I see that you have been a customer for a very long time. Would you be interested to hear about this account..'
Now, I've only been a customer for 3 weeks and I have 0 balance in my account! What was he thinking!:(
