Last week I purchased (online) a beautiful KidKraft dolls house for my daughters xmas present. It was not purchased directly from KidKraft (a shop in Oxford I'd never heard of), any how, inside the box with the building instructions etc there's a form which say if there are missing parts or damaged parts etc please contact KidKraft direct rather than going to the place of purchase. I contacted them as the only prob I had was a dent in a dressing table. I emailed the european customer services, who replied within 10 minutes :T and was told my (free of charge) replacement would be with me in 10-14 days. Well, 7 days later I receive a replacement (which had come from the USA). How fab is that!? What wonderful customer service :j.
