i sold an item bin £18 and now the seller is no longer registered. He had messaged me a day before unregistering saying is it ok to pay with a cheque etc, i agreed and he said he would post a cheque the following day, this was on 4th October, still no cheque, so should i relist the item and loose out on the listing fee or wait. Does he have any right to the product now?
help please?

As the buyer is no longer registered you should be able to start *and* finish the NPB process today thus getting back your FVFs. Then relist from the original auction and assuming it sells second time you will get your second set of basic listing fees back.
