thanks for the info so far
im trying to reduce my outgoings as the current rent only just covers the mortgage payments.
i can see my self having more funds after about 6 years and intend keeping the property, so i dont mind being tied in as long as it is worth while.
at the moment i have about 12 years left but a predicted shortfall of 75k, i thought at that pt i could remortgage again but would like to try and reduce that amount and the monthly outgoings if possible0 -
as someone experienced in US Libor rate (3 month LIBOR) you are best taking a UK rate in my opinion as they the US Libor is rising dramatically and from my latest forecast from treasury department its NOT something you want to get involved in long term.
Federal reserve rate in on rise and forecast is for it to continue until dollar rate becomes more stabile and up. with low rate in us dollar this does NOT mean a US Libor rate is great.
short term brilliant. 1 year from now we expect US Libor to be around 4.20 with a loading if applicable.
last reset we bought at was 2.41% on 3 month deal. web sites suck as neatideas.com dont give up to date figure for forecast. you are best checking ft.com for info.0
