We've just had our house fitted with 22 solar panels by Isis. All in all it was a pretty straight forward process. Customer service was good. You have to sign a lease but the lady I spoke to there was helpful and open. The install team was great. Three guys who were all very polite (and tidy) and took the time explain things to me. They arrived early (about 8am) but were finished by 5. I had to take the day off work but having seen what they do I think you could just let them in if they'd agree.
