Praise for Amazon

Just want to praise Amazon. When my Tefal Steamer's timer stopped working I contacted Amazon about a replacement. They have a fabulous instant phone call back service. A very helpful lady offered me a replacement or refund. I chose a replacement which was promptly dispatched and recieved easy instructions on returning the faulty unit. All cost free to me.

Have to agree with you about Amazon's customer service!

I got my son a band hero set (it's a drum kit used on the x-box 360 console for those of you who dont know lol) last christmas . I bought it round about Oct/Nov time.

A few weeks ago it developed a fault and i thought i would contact Amazon. I dont know what i expected as the item was 10 months old but after just one email i received a pre-paid postage label via email from them , they arranged for the package to be collected by their courier and a FULL refund of the item price £140 was refunded to me !

Now after being used for 10 months i think Amazon were excellent to give me the refund

Amazon have always been great. I had a friend who signed up to the Amazon Prime trial a few years back, he forgot to cancel and was charged £40 for a year of Prime that he didn't want! When he rang them up he said they were very friendly and let him get his money refunded straight away

Also Amazon items, even on free delivery, tend to come very fast.

I had exactly the same thing with the Amazon Prime. When I phoned to ask if I could get a refund I was convinced I would get laughed at but they were very friendly and refunded immediately. Very good indeed.

Yes always had good service from them. Use them a lot now.to much really I'm broke
