I am new to the site can anyone offer me some advice bought my home 3 and a half years ago .3years ago neighbours from hell moved in father bought the house for daughter as she has moved 23 times .police have been called loads of times neighbours on benefits to ill to work but work everyday for cash in hand .party all weekend awful living next door ,house up for sale not one phone call afraid to rent worried that tennants will refuse to pay cause off noise any suggestions
