iphone 4 and email help please

When I open and look at emails on my iphone they then do not load onto outlook on my PC.
Can someone please tell me how I can change this as I need them to come into outlook too?

    i don't have an iphone, but if it is set to use a pop account, there is a setting (potentially) where by the iphone downloads the email to the phone, and removes it from the server. THen when you use outlook - it connects to your server, and the email is no longer there.

    You either need to find this setting and change it to leave messages on the server - or connect to you email account via IMAP (if it supports it) rather than POP
