Not my day obv...
BOUGHT SOME BOOTS ONLINE AT THE BIG SHOE BOUTIQUE
23RD September 2010.
They arrived on 29th - Were the wrong colour so I rang them & sent them back the same day, once again via the post office.
A week later I rang them up to check they had recieved my boots and that my refund was being processed- The polite lady took my details and said no but give it another week.
The following week I rang up and the assistant answered and didnt take my name or details and said my friend has gone to look in the return room ring back later and hung up
The third week - getting a bit annoyed now - Rang up spoke to the assistant manager - who appologised and then blamed royal mail and then said as a good will gesture she will sort my refund out now - RESULT !! and said ok thats gone through for you.
I said thank-you and then she said I dont mean to cause offence but its not the companys fault your boots arent in the warehouse and I said ok she said its a little your fault for not paying £8 for the tracking service... I could not believe it. The boots were only £11 why would i pay another £8 on top of origonal postage £3.35 for a return.
Overall exsperience with the company not a good one.
There is no where on the site to complain
I had to phone up a bunch of times
and then the assistant manager blamed me n the royal mail.
What a nightmare !!
