Can buyer leave DSR and no feedback and vice versa?

Novice question -

Can a buyer leave DSR and no feedback?
Can a buyer leave feedback and no DSR?

Can a non paying bidder leave feedback and/or DSR?
If an auction is cancelled after ending can either party leave feedback and/or DSR?

    Can a non paying bidder leave feedback and/or DSR?
    If an auction is cancelled after ending can either party leave feedback and/or DSR? The only time the buyer is prevented from leaving feedback is when the seller has closed a full NPB on them. The seller remains able to leave feedback (although there is no point of course)

    Just to add. I accidentally listed Europe for a large elctrical item. Bought from Spain, buyer agreed to cancel, then left me glowing feedback. Result.
