Skycard Ripping Me Off!!

I have a 0% Skycard with a credit limit of £4400. Last month i went over the limit unknowingly by a couple of hundred (the let me??).
This coincided with my laptop breaking so i was unable to do online banking etc but knew (thought) i would be safe as i have a direct debit setup for monthly payments.
When I looked at my account yesterday i saw there was a £65 MERCHANDISE INTEREST FEE for the month and 2 lots of £12 for OVERLIMIT FEE.
I called them and they say because i broke the credit limit they applied full interest to the full amount!
I have now dropped the amount below the limit but this does not guarantee the rate will go back to 0%.
Who thinks I stand a chance of claiming this back as it seems mightily unfair esp as i've never missed a payment??

It is not the Skycard. All credit cards do this; £12 is the lowest fee around. It is your responsibilyty to stay within your limit. Only Solo and Visa Electron debit cards protect you from going over limit, although even with these cards you can get overdrawn sometimes.
Read your Credi Agreement and Summary Box at last!
Yes, you probably stand a chance of claiming the overlimit fee back (as penalty charges: Reclaim unfair bank charges ...). However, you would have to take them to a court. It is better to admit that it was your fault (first time!) and to ask politely for a refund. Probably, they will also do you a favour and reinstate 0%, although you cannot force them to do this.0
