Hello ALl
Just starting procedings on behave of my girlfriend.
I have read and read until my head hurts on this subject but still got a couple of questions so I thought I would ask here.
She getting charged "Charges" and also charged "interest". She was also getting charged interest when she was in credit.
Can she claim back that interest or any of it?
Adding it all up the interest is a couple of hundred.
Just going to register with google spreadsheet so I can view that. Do you need to register for gmail first?
Also when I send the first letter do I included the 8% interest or not

Yes fill in the spreadsheet, I never bothered with the interest on top of the charges but if you feel you can work it out then go ahead, i had a headache from reading the posts so i just added up my charges and used that as a total. And yes the lady in the avatar is me
