HelpSvc.exe ... Whats this?

Hello ... I wonder if anyone can help ... Ive just noticed that something was using 90%+ of my CPU and when I checked what was causing it i have a HelpSvc.exe process running ... it has only happened in the last half hour or so ... I havent installed anything new, opened anything or run anything new, its just appeared out of no where
lol I have tried google'in it but I dont really understand the techie stuff its coming up with ...

I still dont fully understand why its only just started doing it tho, I havent used the system help, or activated it to be running
... strange ... Im a bit nervous about using the service pack tho from microsoft ... I find sometimes they make the problem worse and they dont seem to have many good reviews on here lol ... but it might be my only option

Typical of Microsoft support - their fix is out of date. It basically says install XP SP2 or the hotfix, however the file dates listed are older than the ones on my machine, so they've been superseded by subsequent updates. You are probably already running XP SP2 anyway. To check, right-click on My Computer and click Properties. The operating system is shown on the General tab.
