eventim - should i complain please help !

Hi guys just after a bit of advice really. On saturday myself and my OH went to a gig in Leeds and we had bought VIP tickets throug eventim so we could meet the band, watch an acoustic set and have photos and a goodie bag of things. The time on the tickets said doors open at 6 so we got there at 5.15 thinking we had arrived in good time. After finding a member of staff at the venue he let us in the VIP area (at about 5.20) only to find that the acoustic set which was part of the VIP package had almost finished so we missed 90 per cent of it. I am not usually one to complain at all but we paid £88 for the tickets and part of the reason we paid so much for VIP tickets was we wanted to see the acoustic set as we are huge fans of the band. The staff at the venue said the time was wrong on our tickets.We are annoyed that this happened but don't know if we should complain to the company. please help ! Thanks guys and girlies xxxxxxx

Hi Jeff, we got told the vip bit started at 5 clock by a person who worked at the venue. once we had fond somebody to help and by the time we had walked to the special vip bit it was nearly half 5 and thats when we were told by the venue that our tickets had the wrong time on (6 instead of 5). the main doors for the reg tickets opened at 6 and the venue suggested that the copnay may have just printed off our vip tickets with the regular time on. Ive emailed eventim to see if i get a reply. I really wouldnt bother complaining normally but they are our fave band and iam a student and my OH is an apprentice health care worker so we are on little money atm. £88 for tickets is alot of us lol. thanks for the advice its kind of you to take time to help xxx:j First prizes back into comping after a break - romantic break to 2 to Venice/ Paris or Rome with romantic trip and a 42 inch TV and blu Ray amazing !
