I've received a nice letter from G24 for a vehicle registered to me but which my 75 year old Dad drives all the time.
It's a nice letter with 2 colour photos of the car entering and exiting their 15 minute stay car park. He's committed the heinous capital offence of overstaying by 2 minutes.:rotfl:
They want £95 reduced to £75 if paid within 14 days.
I'm thinking that the cost to them of a second class stamp, envelope, fairly decent paper, colour laser printer and the cost of the computer system and parking cameras must be fairly significant.
I'm looking forward to the barrage of begging letters and fake solicitor letters over the next few weeks.
I would just like to say: "Thanks G24 for the letter with 2 lovely colour photos which I'm going to give to DD1&2 so they can cut out photos of their grandparents and paste into a collage or Christmas Card." :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Oh and the money I "owe" you? Swivel.

But it would be so sweet to take Dad along with you to Court and present him as a key witness.
Then after taking into account their losses of 2 minutes revenue.i.e. around 3p, hitting them with the counterclaim for your costs,his costs and his stress and incovenience,you could be getting say £250.
Now that would make them swivel.:rotfl:
