Free wall insulation for over 60`s?

My mum has just called me asking if there is such a thing or whether there is certain criterias for this.

Apparently Martin was on TV this morning and mentioned this and a neighbour told my mum about it but didn't have the full facts etc.
I have looked around on the forums but as yet have not found anything so i am just wandering if any of you kind souls could help, many thanks.

Hi,
It was advertised that anyone who is a British Gas customer and over 60 qualifies for the offer until the end of October i think.

we had ours done for free and are not over 60 nor on benefits and home owners, could have had loft insulation too - ask local council if any offers locally. we were very lucky a super freebie (our first)
