Hi,
I'm just about to start trying to source 2 x (203x102x23) Grade 43. Length = 2.75m universal beams that will be bolted together at 600c/c with M16 bolts.
Where do most people get them from? I'm based in the northwest.
Cheers,

A local Structural Engineering Company or Steel Fabrication Company.0

If they are to be bolted together are you sure they are not RSC which is a channel (C section)? As regards sourcing as above or check with the engineer who did the calculations for you.0

I bought my RSJ (I beam) from the local steel merchants, price per meter + about £5 cutting charge + about £10 for delivery.I love my spell checker, it stops me making all sorts of stupid smelling mistakes. :doh:0
