Can someone please help me. I'm new to the whole advantage card thing. Before I spend a ridiculous amount of money on Boots products, I just wanted to find out if I will be able to use my advantage card points on 3 for 2 items in store?
In other words will I be able to pay for items on the 3 for 2 offer with my points?
Thanks in advance.
YES, you can. You can use your points on anything apart from baby milk, gift cards, stamps and a few other things, like prescriptions etc.
And you still get any offers that are on instore, paying with points is no different to paying with cash, BUT you must have the full amount of points to pay for an item so if you have 9.98 on your card and your item is 9.99 you cant buy it as your 1 point short. You cant use points coupons when paying with points either.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

Thanks so much.
Your help is appreciated. Although I was kind of hoping you would say no, that way it would have stopped me from spending just short of £300 on Boots stuff that I don't need. Doh!

The same thing happened to me - I was trying to order a shower gel, a facial moisturiser and a facial cleanser. It said "missed offer!" underneath each item in the basket and wouldnt change. I hope all 3 items I wanted are in stock instore, very annoying!catslovelycats wrote: »urgh
just tried buying 3 Soap and Glory items that are part of the 3 for 2 offer but the basket doesn't deduct the cheapest item and is charging me for all 3!Mummy to

Do you need to spend that much, how many points will you get afterwards, can you not reduce the amount of stuff your buying them use the points earnt to buy the additional toys, are are you saving the points for the sale.
Remember siainsbusrys 1/2 price toy sale starts on thursday, everything is 1/2 price. Plus the storewide points events start soon where you get 1200 points per £50 spend, but i arent sure when the extra 1000pts on a £100 spend ends.
If you post your list here im sure we can help you maximise you shopping, to maximise your points.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

Does anyone know if you can use other people's total spend coupons with your advantage card?
My mum doesn't really shop at Boots so she gave me her double points coupons.
Any help would be appreciated

I don't think you can mix the 3 for 2 skincare with the 3 for 2 on bathing.
Have you tried just ordering 3 items from skin?2020 Jan: storage box,£150 pots & pans, £50 restaurant voucher, dining experience,19 tubes of Pringles Feb: £50 food giftcard,0 -

yes - they wil scan. The SAs hardly ever check the names on the coupons, but if they do, they may refuse to scan on your advantage card.
