New sofa's uncomfortable what can we do?

We have just taken delivery of two leather sofa's and find them both uncomfortable. They are Lazyboy sofa's and were not cheap. Is anyone aware of any rights we may have in being able to return the sofa's to the store?

If you have only just had these sofa's delivered then you will have to allow them to soften with use as there probably a lot firmer than the ones you tried in the store (if that's where you purchased them) as they have already been sat on a fair mount.:)
Unless you purchased them from the internet without finding out if they were comfortable first as there are a few things one should not buy without trying first.0 -
If you purchased in store, you'll have to sit on this one i'm afraid!:exclamatiTo the internet.. I need to complain about something!0
