Do you mean the customer support no. or the dial-up no?0

not really sure ,
it's the no that generally looks like **-***-****-** or something like that
is it your port no, or your isp identification No ?
edit; don't think it's the port No, more likely to be isp identification no"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page."

Don't really understand what you are looking for but Wanadoo is now Orange and here is their support page.

he has been on phone to orange techie support for around 1 1/4hour......1/2 on hold
afaik , each isp /user has a unique identifiable No, it is a string of no's - it is this that he needs . to set up an outlook re-direct program (i think)"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page."

However if a router is in use, this will only give the IP of the router. If it the IP address that you require use IPChicken.

If IP address shown by ipconfig is 192.168.x.y then that's assigned by a router. To find out the real ISP IP address go to http://www.whatismyipaddress.com/0

:T thanks very much everyone , problem solved , although he has hung up the phone to orange/wanadoo in disgust , he should now be able to do it himself.

Yes thanks chippy_ , using ipconfig it did show 192.168 , but we are trying from the office network , so "whatismyipaddresss" and "ipchicken" both worked fine"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page."
