ESA stopped - no reason

My DIL is terminally ill and on ESA. Her money hasn't come through today and she is upset. She is asking me if this happens often ? WHy would it just stop? Anybody any ideas?

you need to ask the dept who pays the monies

Yes do call them to find out.
It may be due to changing dates as i have had a letter recently changing the dates my incapacity benefit is to be paid, so they may well have done the same thing with ESA.
I know it is difficult but try not to panic too much until you know what is going on. Best of luck. xx0 -

Dates arent changing for ESA payments. But contact your local ESA BDC immediatley0 -
I would contact them its happened to me a few times, they will either send the payment by the end of the working day so its in immediately or you will be sent a giro or wait 3 working days for it to hit your bank account if they cant use the faster payments.Is a Bipolar bear

Ask for an IFEP payment.. will be paid into bank same day.. cut off is 2pm tho not 100% sure0
