Iqor OR Fredrickson International

In 2008 I received a letter from Iqor stating I owed £138.08 to the DWP. I called this company and they informed we it was money I owed to a budgeting loan I had received from the Social Fund in 1999. I knew I had paid this loan as I started back work in the summer of 1999 and had made cash payments at my Local employment office at the benefits desk. I contacted my local office with the Iqor letter and my details and explained I had made payments to them. I received a response saying that they would contact Iqor about this. 2010 I have received a letter from Fredrickson International on Behalf of Iqor and DWP saying I owe £138.08...... Again I contacted my local office with the details and explained I had made cash payments to that office in 1999 for this debt, they took my details and called me back 3 days later. I was asked for proof of payment for these cash payments, I have turned the house upside down but all my documentation only goes back to 2001. Unsatisfied with this i called the Social Fund themselves and asked them for details of this, they told me they could help me I would need to speak to DWP debt management department. After giving them the details I was told they couldn't help I would need to go back to my local office, but whilst giving the details to them on the phone, they told me that they only used one supplier and that was Iqor, they took the details of my letter from Fredrickson International and said they would need to pass this on as they were unaware that another supplier was being used.........This still doesn't help me and the letters just keep on coming and the large pieces on yellow card with CONFIRMED RESIDENT on it...... Can anyone help.....
