IF you are resident in Spain, you need to apply for a form E121 from the DWP in the UK. If you are of State Pension age you are entitled to this and it will cover you for all your healthcare in Spain. When it arrives you need to register it at your province's Seguridad Social office.
If you are non-resident in Spain you will still be able to use the British NHS, but will not be eligible for free healthcare in Spain.
My advice is to become resident and get the E121 as soon as you receive your British State Pension.
And yes, it has rained all day today, we have been about ten degrees colder than Amsterdam!(AKA HRH_MUngo)
